TISE
In most of the case studies so far, Visualizer Plus was asked by a client to create a unique exhibition for their product. This time around, Visualizer Plus decided to display their own creative works at TISE, also known as The International Surface Event.
This massive convention is entirely devoted to the flooring, stone, and tile industries—all industries that traditionally struggle with marketing. The biggest issue these industries have all dealt with helping people see their wares. It’s hard to sell a granite countertop or a textured tile without having clients see it in person.
In recent years, the art of creating fully-detailed 3D renderings has skyrocketed in demand. Renderings offer people a way to see all the details of tile, in custom-made rooms, at the click of a button. At the forefront of that trend is Visualizer Plus. Knowing that, the company absolutely had to show their work at TISE.
To help others understand what they offered, the staff at Visualizer Plus created a unique exhibition that walked viewers through the many perks of the visualizer program, including the easiness in changing surface textures, adding brand-name furniture items, and even working in a new layout.
TISE clients may have already heard of rendering before, but they might not have been fully aware of what it could do. The challenge, therefore, was to create a project that gives companies a unique look at Visualizer Plus in a way that was educational without being heavy-handed.
There was a pretty big problem compared to most other presentations, though. Visualizer Plus’s typical delivery method was limited. They couldn’t do face-to-face interaction like they once did.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the convention could not be held in-person.
The Presentation
Having all the drawbacks that came with the COVID-19 crisis meant that the company had to focus on a digital way to present everything. Yet, they also had to keep things human. To bring forward their message, Visual Plus did the following for their presentation:
- The video featured an interview with the Creative Director of Visualizer Plus, explaining the benefits of using their services. Then the video gave viewers a walkthrough of how easy Visualizer Plus’s interface is, including things like their Bathroom Visualizer and the different surfaces they offer.
- A Live Chat Session. After the video presentation, Visualizer Plus added a human element to their presentation by giving company representatives a chance to ask questions about Visualizer Plus through a live chat session.
- Simple Contact Methods. To ensure that clients get as much support as they need and also know how to make the most out of the new information they received, Visualizer Plus also added links and an email to their presentation.
The Results
The presentation went up on TISE’s online conference and was a success. The professional-grade video gave Visualizer Plus a great first impression with major surface manufacturers and also flaunted the company’s abilities beautifully.
While TISE was not in-person, Visualizer Plus was able to gain more interest and still keep things human. The end result was a better footing in the industries as well as several questions from leading companies. Mission accomplished.
